The banquet room has large floor to ceiling windows with an outdoor terrace, boasting a beautiful view of our scenic golf course. This spectacular setting is ideal for weddings, cocktail receptions, sunset barbeques and almost any type of group gathering with the capacity for 200 guests in a country club atmosphere. Old Oak Country Club is a full service facility accommodating all of our guests’ needs. l. We are a Smoke Free building, therefore no smoking is allowed within the Clubhouse. Guests may smoke outside on the patio. 2. In compliance with the Illinois Liquor Control Act (235 IL CS 5/1 et seq.), we will not serve anyone under the age of 21. We cannot serve any intoxicated guest or serve more than one alcoholic drink at a time to one guest. The maximum bar time is 3 Hours for Open Bar. We reserve the right to limit alcohol consumption when deemed necessary. The bar must close 1/2 hour before your party hours expire. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed. All house rules regarding alcohol service will apply. 3. A deposit of $250.00 is required to book your party date. No dates are reserved without a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable should you cancel, unless we can re-book the same date for another party. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill. All parties are scheduled for a four hour duration. 4. The menu selection must be confirmed 14 days prior to your party date. The room floor plan is to be submitted at this time. 5. The final count is due 10 days prior to your party date. Your final count is a 100% guarantee to us and is the number for which you will be billed. 6. All menu prices are subject to 7.0% Sales Tax added to your final bill and 18% Service Fee. The bartender service (if required) is $75.00. 7. No food may be removed from the premises. 8. An additional $100.00 Clean Up Fee can be assessed at the discretion of management in the event that extra clean-up is required after your party. 9. Final payment is due on the day of the party. Final Payment is to be made in cash.
